Great opportunity for experienced ACCOUNT MANAGERS ideally from automotive (OEM, Tier 1)!

We are looking for a seasoned ACCOUNT MANAGER to manage relationships with key customers and develop business opportunities in the automotive environment. The role combines customer-facing agenda, sales and coordination of internal teams.

Job description

• Management and development of relationships with key customers (OEM/Tier 1), main contact person for communication and escalation
• Identification of customer needs and design of solutions in cooperation with internal teams (finance, logistics, engineering, PM)
• Management of existing programs - pricing, calculations, business offers and change management
• Leading price negotiations and supporting project changes during the lifecycle of the program
• Monitoring and reporting KPIs, working with customer portals and internal systems
• Collecting and transmitting customer feedback, proposing improvements and corrective measures
• Support for acquisitions of new projects - coordination of RFQs and development of business opportunities
• Management of pipeline of business opportunities and working with internal databases

POŽADUJEME

• English B2+, Korean B2+, both languages ​​are required!

• Willingness to travel worldwide
