• Manage and follow up on outstanding customer invoices.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and payment-related queries.
• Record collection activities and payment updates in internal systems.
• Cooperate closely with Accounting, Sales, and Order Management teams.
• Support the resolution of escalated cases and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
