What we’re looking for

Fluent German + good English

Living in the Czech Republic

Ready for 10 weeks of paid training in Brno

Open to shift work, including weekends & holidays

What you’ll do

Assist passengers mainly in German & English

Help with bookings, baggage info & travel services

Work in a friendly, multicultural team

Enjoy flexible rotating shifts - work 6 days one week, enjoy the weekend off the next week

POŽADUJEME

Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Based in the Czech Republic (Brno or remote)

Ability to participate in an intensive 10-week paid training in Brno (accommodation provided)

Comfortable with using computer systems and digital tools

Interest in travel and aviation is a plus

Team player with a positive attitude
