We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Project Management to lead the delivery of complex, international IT projects. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully from planning through implementation. What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.- Manage project plans, governance, milestones, and dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
• Prepare project updates and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and project budgets.
• Partner with Procurement and business teams to drive successful project delivery.- Support portfolio planning and continuous improvement of project management practices.

POŽADUJEME

• 10+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and project governance.
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, IWMS, or similar solutions.
• Experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Infrastructure, or other enterprise technology projects is an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English.
