Are you a proactive and detail-oriented person who likes keeping things organized, solving problems and making sure communication reaches the right people at the right time? This could be your opportunity to join an international HR team and support the candidate journey across Europe.

What will you do?

• Coordinate candidate communication campaigns across European markets
• Set up, launch and monitor regular and ad hoc campaigns
• Monitor automated campaigns, identify failures and take action to ensure successful delivery
• Work closely with tech teams to troubleshoot and resolve campaign-related issues
• Coordinate campaign requests with recruitment and other cross-functional teams
• Clarify requirements, manage priorities and provide regular status updates
• Maintain accurate records of campaigns and candidate communications
• Look for opportunities to improve communication processes and the candidate experience
• Handle multiple time-sensitive tasks while keeping a high level of accuracy

Location: Prague 8

Contract: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Confidence communicating with different stakeholders across an international organization
