The Opportunity

Are you an expert in navigating public finance, EU and CZ grant structures, and healthcare investment programs?

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Capital Funding Manager based in Prague to lead high-profile healthcare funding and infrastructure initiatives across the Czech Republic.

Operating at the critical intersection of healthcare delivery, public policy, and complex financing, you will identify, secure, and manage European, national, and regional funding opportunities. Your work will directly enable healthcare institutions and public sector partners to adopt modern technologies, upgrade infrastructure, and elevate patient care standards nationwide.

Why This Role Stands Out?

Direct Healthcare Impact: Translate public funding and EU or CZ grants into tangible, sustainable healthcare improvements and cutting-edge clinical capabilities.

High-Level Stakeholder Influence: Act as a key advisor to healthcare providers, public authorities, funding bodies, and key opinion leaders across the Czech market.

Strategic Dual-Focus: Combine strategic business development with hands-on project lifecycle execution—from initial funding concept to final audit readiness.

Flexibility & Mobility: Hybrid working model balanced with dynamic field engagement and client consultation across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification & Strategy: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate European (EU), national (CZ), regional (CEE), and local grant programs to identify high-value funding streams for healthcare initiatives.

Application & Proposal Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development, structuring, and optimization of complex funding proposals and applications to maximize success rates.

Project Governance & Lifecycle Management: Oversee funded projects through their entire lifecycle—ensuring compliant implementation, financial monitoring, milestone reporting, and complete audit readiness.

Stakeholder & Advisory Engagement: Build trust-based relationships with public sector authorities, hospital administrators, and funding agencies. Deliver workshops and training on investment planning and funding navigation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal commercial, clinical, marketing, and executive leadership to align funding opportunities with overarching business growth strategies.
