A leading global healthcare company is looking for a Change Consultant to support the launch of Career Hub within Workday - a new platform focused on career growth, learning, and internal mobility.

In this role, you will help employees and managers navigate the change by making new tools and processes easy to understand and use. You will work closely with HR, project teams, and business stakeholders to support communication, engagement, and a smooth transition across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Help prepare employees and managers for the launch of Career Hub
• Explain changes connected to new career and learning processes
• Create user-friendly communication and support materials (guides, FAQs, toolkits, videos, SharePoint content)
• Organize and support workshops, demos, and stakeholder meetings
• Collect feedback from users and help improve adoption of the new platform
• Work with HR, project teams, and senior stakeholders across the program
• Support internal communication campaigns and engagement activities

Start date: 1.6.2026

Contract length: 1.6.2026 - 31.12.2026

POŽADUJEME

• Previous experience in change management or transformation projects
• Experience supporting implementation of HR systems such as Workday
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and practical way
• Experience creating communication, training, or enablement materials
• Comfortable working in fast-paced international environments
