Customer Service Representative

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Handle daily CS operations, including communication about orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure smooth, accurate execution of all processes.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Identify root causes of customer/supplier issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Share key customer/supplier signals with Sales and relevant functions.
  • Support reporting, account reconciliation, and other operational tasks.
  • Communicate shortages, disruptions, and alternative delivery options.

POŽADUJEME

  • English at C1 level is mandatory; French, Italian, or Spanish is a strong advantage but not required.
  • University degree required — suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ year of experience in customer service or logistics.
  • Strong soft skills: excellent communication, relationship‑building abilities, goal‑oriented mindset, reliability, responsiveness, and a quick learning ability.
