An international organization is strengthening its Data & Analytics capabilities to position data as a core strategic asset. You will join a growing, forward-looking team working in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on defining data architecture, standards, and scalable solutions across the organization.

Job Description

• Work with modern data architecture concepts and tools including Data Vault, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and BI solutions
• Define and maintain the enterprise data model across multiple business domains
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models (relational, dimensional, Data Vault)
• Review and optimize data models to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with global standards
• Design architecture ensuring data quality, security, availability, and performance
• Drive improvements across the full data lifecycle, from ingestion to presentation layer
• Collaborate with data engineers, governance teams, and business stakeholders
• Establish best practices and contribute to the overall data architecture strategy

POŽADUJEME

• Proven experience in a Data Architect or senior data modeling role
• Strong expertise in data modeling techniques (relational, dimensional, Data Vault)
• Solid understanding of modern data architectures and BI platforms
• Experience with data governance, including GDPR/SOX compliance principles
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (English required)
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional and international environments
