About the Role:In this role, you will provide expert guidance in engineering related business while leadingcomplex consulting for industrial solutions across Central and Eastern Europe. Your expertisewill be focused on complex energy and energy transition related technical consulting projects.

Pracovní náplň

Manage and deliver key consulting energy and energy related assignments, includingtechnical due diligence, feasibility studies, master planning, and early-stage conceptdevelopment. 

• Conduct in-depth technical analysis and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

• Advise clients regulatory frameworks and planning constraints.

• Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients.

• Lead internal project teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across the

company. 

• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.

• Develop energy related consultancy team across CEE

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control throughout project lifecycles.

Požadujeme

10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory, or projectmanagement. 

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in civil engineering, architecture, or Economical

experience. 

• Strong understanding of permitting and construction processes in

industrial/infrastructure contexts. 

• Experience in the CEE region is a plus.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.

• Fluent English (C1 or upper B2).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client and site meetings.

• (Nice to have) License as a Professional Engineer or equivalent qualification.
