Management | Industrial Operations

Lead energy strategy, efficiency, and decarbonization across global manufacturing sites.

• Hybrid working model - Prague or Pardubice Region, Czech Republic
• Start: ASAP or upon agreement

We are looking for a senior Energy Management leader to define and execute the energy strategy across international production facilities. The role focuses on energy efficiency, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and sustainable energy solutions within an industrial automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement energy strategy across manufacturing sites (cost, efficiency, CO₂ reduction).
• Lead energy efficiency programs in production, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain an ISO 50001 energy management system.
• Identify and drive energy-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Support development of alternative and sustainable energy solutions.
• Monitor energy markets and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with plant management, operations, procurement, and finance teams.
• Support training and alignment of energy management practices across sites.

NABÍZÍME

POŽADUJEME

• 8–10+ years of experience in Energy Management, Utilities, or Industrial Operations.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency, energy procurement, and energy systems.
• Experience with ISO 50001 or similar frameworks.
• Background in manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Engineering or technical degree.
• Fluent English.
