Global Purchasing Project Manager | International Automotive Environment

Are you experienced in coordinating purchasing activities within complex automotive projects? Do you enjoy working with suppliers, managing cross-functional cooperation, and ensuring successful project delivery from kick-off to completion?

We are looking for a Global Purchasing Project Manager to join an international automotive company.

In this role, you will become a key partner for Purchasing, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers across global locations, ensuring that purchasing activities are successfully delivered within new and ongoing projects.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and drive purchasing activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to successful completion.
• Manage sourcing activities, supplier communication, and supplier nomination processes.
• Act as a key interface between Purchasing, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, and external suppliers.
• Monitor project milestones, purchasing deliverables, timelines, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.

POŽADUJEME

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
• 4+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement Project Management, Project Purchasing, or a similar role within an automotive environment.
• Experience with supplier management, sourcing processes, and cross-functional project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an international environment.
