Head of Quality and Process

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Managing, planning, and leading projects and programs within distribution centers.
• Creating, updating, and implementing quality strategies and process improvement initiatives.
• Implementing quality tools and LEAN methodologies.
• Setting, monitoring, and evaluating quality KPIs across various departments.
• Leading and developing the team, creating a motivating environment, and supporting employee growth.
• Cooperating with other departments to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
• Continuously developing your professional skills and expertise.
