Strategic Procurement Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic procurement initiatives to optimize supplier selection and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering skill development and leadership growth
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and pricing negotiations to enhance service quality
• Enhance sourcing processes and drive operational improvements through

data-driven insights

POŽADUJEME

What you already have:

• Advanced English and Spanish in Spoken and Written form (C1)
• Broad experience spanning various industries and categories, whether direct or indirect procurement
• In-depth understanding of Procurement Outsourcing strategies and workflows
• Proven experience in managing medium to large teams, both remotely and across multiple locations internationally
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong competence in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement management systems
• Analytical skills and knowledge applicable to procurement activities
• Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary

Advantages

• Some background or aptitude in digital transformation and automation of processes
• Experience in business process improvement methodologies such as TQM, Six Sigma, APEX
• Additional language skills
