Step into a high-impact leadership role at a global financial powerhouse, where you’ll architect the engine behind a premier Credit Trading and Sales platform. Your mission? To design and scale high-performance, multithreaded systems that power the trading of Bonds, Loans, and Derivatives. Based in our Prague digital hub, you’ll be the bridge between complex financial strategy and world-class server-side engineering.

What You’ll Do

️ Architect High-Velocity Systems – Own the design of mission-critical, multithreaded Java backends capable of handling real-time pricing and trading workflows.

Master Core Java – Get hands-on with expert-level server-side development, ensuring every line of code is optimized for performance and reliability.

Technical Mentorship & Leadership – Not just a coder, but a coach. You’ll inspire your team through authentic leadership, aligning talent across the enterprise and developing the next generation of engineers.

Modernize the Stack – Leverage Kubernetes, Cloud, and Kafka to build event-driven architectures that keep us ahead of the market.

️ Strategic Risk Management – As a Vice President, you’ll navigate the complex landscape of risk, controls, and governance, ensuring our tech is as secure as it is fast.

Collaborate Across the Floor – Work side-by-side with Traders, Sales, and Product owners to turn sophisticated financial requirements into elegant code.

What We’re Looking For

Java Virtuoso – Expert-level Core Java skills with a deep obsession with OOP and design patterns.

Concurrency Expert – You understand the nuances of multithreading and how to squeeze maximum performance out of a server.

Communication Pro – The ability to translate "tech-speak" for senior stakeholders and manage complex business relationships.

Bonus Points For

Experience with Apache Kafka & Event-Driven design.

Mastery of the Spring ecosystem and TDD.
