• Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient order delivery
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and third-party logistics providers (warehouses, carriers)
• Execute product movements both physically and in the system in line with distribution plans
• Monitor transportation and warehouse activities to ensure cost optimization and service quality
• Resolve operational issues related to carriers, warehouses, customers, and system processes
• Prepare and manage required logistics documentation, including import and export documents when applicable
• Track and report KPIs such as on-time delivery and operational performance
• Support inventory management, including stock control, shelf-life monitoring, and handling of damaged or off-spec products
• Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements

Location: Prague

Start: immediately

Contract: limited (extension possible)

POŽADUJEME

• Previous experience from supply chain
• Degree in a technical field, ideally Supply Chain / Logistics or Economics
• Excellent knowledge of English, min. C1
• Analytical and very good communication skills
• Team player
