We are looking for a specialist who doesn’t just "maintain" software but actively drives the digital pulse of our production lines. If you enjoy deep-diving into manufacturing logic and translating it into robust IT solutions, this is your stage.

The position is remote! Only presence is required in Prague for 2 weeks after starting in the role.

Your Mission & Key Impact

Strategic Consulting & Mentorship: You aren't just a support ticket solver. You are a trusted advisor to regional key users, empowering them through high-level training and ensuring they master the MES ecosystem to its full potential.

Full-Cycle Change Management: When the shopfloor evolves, you lead the way. You will analyze complex requirements, draft technical specifications for Change Requests, and oversee rigorous testing to ensure seamless deployment without disrupting production.

Global Technical Collaboration: You will act as a vital link in our international network, collaborating with Application Experts and project teams worldwide to harmonize standards and share "best-in-class" solutions.

Architect of Industry 4.0: You won’t just watch digitalization happen; you will implement it. By optimizing MES configurations, you directly impact OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), quality control, and data transparency.

POŽADUJEME

Who Are You?

The "Production-First" IT Expert: You have a degree or solid background in IT consulting, but your heart beats for the manufacturing environment. You understand that in production, every second of downtime counts.

MES Power User: You have hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and understand the intricate workflows of a modern shopfloor.

Data Investigator (T-SQL): You don't just look at the UI. You are proficient in writing and interpreting SQL queries to troubleshoot, audit data, and understand the "why" behind the system's behavior.

Structured Problem Solver: You approach chaos with a methodology. You are independent, customer-oriented, and possess the communication "soft skills" to explain technical constraints to non-tech stakeholders.

Bilingual Professional: You are equally comfortable discussing technical nuances in English with global teams as you are communicating with local Czech teams. (Czech and English both C1 required)

You also hold a valid work permit allowing you to work in Czechia with a free access to the labour market.
