We are looking for an experienced and motivated Network Operations Manager to lead and deliver infrastructure and security initiatives. This role offers a great opportunity to work on global projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and ensure the smooth operation and security of our network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage the efficient delivery of infrastructure and security projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT managers, factory managers, and technical experts.

Contribute to global OT security projects by planning implementations, transformations, and enhancements.

Deliver technical projects aligned with industry standards, policies, and guidelines.

Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers, resolving issues as needed.

Ensure timely and effective technical support for customers and affiliates.

Manage project budgets and deliver projects on time and within budget.

POŽADUJEME

Strong background in managing and delivering infrastructure/security projects and cloud migrations.

University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or comparable discipline.

Familiarity with Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solutions.

Excellent documentation and communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences).

5+ years’ experience in infrastructure management with proven leadership ability.

Project management certification/experience.

ITIL or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English, both technical and non-technical.
