We are looking for an administrative support professional for a fast-track pharmaceutical 

project in Bohumil.

Office Administration

Náplň práce

  •  Coordinate calendars, meetings, room bookings, and logistics
  • Draft and manage correspondence; prepare agendas, notes/minutes
  • Maintain the action tracker and follow up on actions
  • Support document control and archiving; manage shared spaces in SharePoint and 
  • Teams
  • Handle visitor/guest registration and general on-site coordination
  • Coordinate small events or workshops (materials, attendance, logistics)
  • Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets

Požadujeme

  • Very strong written and spoken skills in Czech and English
  • Proven organizational skills; able to prioritize and multitask
  • Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
  • Prior administrative/project support experience is an advantage
  • No technical background required
