Do you speak German and English and would like to build your career in HR Operations?

Are you an organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys communication, working with people and coordinating multiple tasks? This could be your opportunity to join an international HR Operations team and support employees across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What will you do?

• Process HR documentation requests, such as employment certificates and reference letters
• Communicate with employees and internal stakeholders in German and English
• Work closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners and Legal teams
• Ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant with local requirements
• Maintain and update HR processes and Standard Operating Procedures
• Identify process gaps and support improvements and automation
• Monitor key performance metrics and ensure agreed SLAs are met
• Handle confidential employee information with a high level of accuracy
• Manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Location: Prague 8

Contract: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension

POŽADUJEME

• Fluent German and English
• Previous experience in HR operations, administration, document management or a similar role
• Experience with case management systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines/SLA requirements
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team
