Are you an experienced payroll professional with strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes? Do you have experience with payroll transformation, system implementation or process improvement?

We are looking for a Payroll Functional Consultant with German to join an international payroll transformation project in Prague. You will act as a functional bridge between Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external implementation partners, translating business needs into practical and testable payroll solutions and supporting the project from requirements through go-live and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document payroll requirements and map end-to-end processes
• Perform fit-gap analysis and support solution design
• Support data migration, integrations, reconciliations and validation
• Prepare and coordinate testing, UAT and payroll parallel runs
• Manage functional issues, defects, risks and dependencies
• Work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external implementation partners
• Support go-live, stabilization and knowledge transfer to payroll operations

Location: Prague 4

Start date: immediately

Contract length: 12 months with potential to extention

POŽADUJEME

• Experience in Payroll in a functional consulting, business analysis, SME or transformation role
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes
• Experience with payroll implementation, transformation or system migration
• Experience with requirements gathering and testing
• Fluent German and good English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with SAP Payroll, ADP GlobalView or another enterprise payroll system is an advantage
• Knowledge of Workday or Time & Attendance is a plus
