Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of Payroll and Time & Attendance? Would you like to lead a complex international transition project from planning through go-live?We are looking for a Project Manager – Payroll & Time to lead the country-level transition of Payroll and Time & Attendance services from an existing provider to a new vendor. You will have end-to-end responsibility for project planning, coordination, governance, readiness, cutover and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the country implementation from planning and requirements through testing, go-live and stabilization.
• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams across Payroll, HR/P&O, Finance, Tax, IT, Benefits and other stakeholders.
• Manage cooperation with the existing and new vendors and implementation partners.
• Coordinate requirements, fit-gap analysis, data migration, integrations and testing.
• Lead project governance, status reporting, risk and issue management.
• Coordinate readiness activities and own the integrated cutover plan.
• Lead go-live and hypercare activities and ensure successful handover to operations.

Location: Prague 4

Start date: immediately

Contract length: 12 months with potential to extention

POŽADUJEME

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within Payroll, HR/P&O, Workforce Management or enterprise technology.
• Practical understanding of Payroll and Time & Attendance processes.
• Experience with complex implementations, vendor transitions or outsourced services.
• Experience with requirements, testing/UAT, data migration, integrations and cutover.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
