Procurement Analyst – Global Opportunity, UK citizenship required

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role provides exposure to international stakeholders, end-to-end procurement processes, and operational excellence initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Procurement Analyst, you will support the full procurement lifecycle, engage with suppliers, and help ensure compliance with both internal and client policies. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions, contributing to the smooth operation of procurement activities while developing your expertise in a professional, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a global, cross-functional setting.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and performance reports.
• Assist in supplier engagement and operational process improvements.
• Ensure timely execution of procurement activities in line with agreed service levels.
• Support adherence to compliance standards and internal policies.

POŽADUJEME

Candidate Profile

• UK citizenship.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in multinational or regulated environments.
• Understanding of procurement workflows, compliance, and operational standards.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
