The Mission

Define the Roadmap – Own the product vision for our next-gen Data Platform. You’ll translate high-level business transformation goals into a clear, prioritized technical roadmap.

The Strategic Bridge – Serve as the critical link between Business Stakeholders and the Data Engineering team. You’ll turn "complex business pain" into "elegant technical user stories."

Storytelling with Data – Leverage your deep understanding of Financial Data Flows and Data Warehousing to help the organization "connect the dots" through predictive insights.

️ Workshop Leadership – Design and lead technical discovery workshops to extract requirements that will define the future state of our AI and Analytics solutions.

Value Optimization – Monitor KPIs and product health metrics to ensure our data products aren't just functional, but revolutionary for our users.

POŽADUJEME

Your Technical DNA

The Experience: 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically within Data, Analytics, or Fintech environments.

Agile Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and a pro at managing high-velocity backlogs in Jira.

Data Literacy: You understand the "under the hood" mechanics—SQL, Data Warehousing concepts, and Power BI visualization are part of your daily vocabulary.

Domain Knowledge: A strong grasp of Financial data flow is a significant advantage.

Bonus Tech: If you have experience or an interest in Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI), you’ll fit right in.

Communication: Fluent English is mandatory. French or Portuguese is a strong asset for global collaboration.
