We are looking for an experienced PROGRAM MANAGER to manage international projects in the field of wire harnesses (EDS). This is a key role with overlap between Korea and Europe, strong customer interface and responsibility for the complete program lifecycle.

Job Description

• Manage wire harness program from RFQ to end of production (EOP)
• Main contact person for the customer (OEM) during development and serial production
• Coordination and leadership of cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, SCM, finance)
• Manage production ramp-up and cooperation with manufacturing plants in the region (EU, Serbia, Tunisia)
• Oversee program KPIs - timing, costs, quality, deliveries; risk management and corrective actions
• Transfer of know-how from Korea to European teams and ensuring process standardization
• Reporting of program status to top management and global stakeholders
• Support and development of local teams in program management
• Working in an international environment - first phase in Korea, then relocation to Europe
• High level of travel (depending on the project phase)

POŽADUJEME

• University degree in technical or economic field
• English B2+, Korean B2+, both languages ​​REQUIRED
• At least 5 years of experience in managing programs and large projects in automotive Tier 1
• Ideally knowledge of project management related to EDS, cable harnesses
• Ability to lead a multicultural team
• High flexibility, willingness to travel frequently (to customers and other production plants)
