A leading global healthcare company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist with German to join its international Talent Acquisition team.In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding recruitment experience across the DACH region. You will manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, conduct interviews, and work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment activities for high-volume hiring across the DACH region
• Conduct candidate screenings and first-round interviews
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to offer
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and ensure compliance with recruitment processes
• Support candidate sourcing and shortlisting for more complex recruitment projects- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance the candidate experience

Location: Prague 4

Start date: immediately

Contract length: 12 months with possibility of extention

POŽADUJEME

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in high-volume recruitment or recruiting across multiple markets is an advantage
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday is an advantage)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
