Job tasks

• Supporting our local teams in Germany with tasks related to the hiring process – in English and German language
• Prescreening candidates in German and English
• Supporting candidates through their onboarding journey
• Handling candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Adhering to business standards and goals set up by your manager
• Cooperation on improvement process - helping in identifying knowledge and process gaps
• Observing trends and reporting
• Suitable for graduates

Start - ASAP

Location: Prague 8/home office

The contract for define period with possibility of prolongation.

NABÍZÍME

• 5 weeks of paid holiday
• home office allowance 625 CZK/m

POŽADUJEME

• Fluent English and German (B2)
• Pro-active and communicative personality
• Solid command of MS Excel and Word
• Previous experience with administration tasks or customer service is very welcomed
• Ability to work in an international team
• Additional european language is a plus
