The Role: Powering the CEE Region
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist to drive our HPC and AI infrastructure business across Central and Eastern Europe.
Location: Czechia - Prague (2x office per week)
You will act as a strategic partner for enterprises and research institutions, helping them navigate complex, data-driven challenges using our world-class portfolio of Supercomputing and Machine Learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business within the HPC, AI, and Quantum computing landscapes.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and sustain high-level relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with elite technical teams to design and present bespoke, high-impact technical proposals.
Growth Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed annual sales targets within the defined region.
Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of technological shifts and represent the firm at major international events.

Who You Are
The Expert: 5+ years in technical sales, specifically within HPC or AI training environments.
The Strategist: A proven track record of growing large-scale accounts and closing complex, multi-layered deals.
The Communicator: Ability to translate highly technical concepts into compelling business value for diverse audiences.
The Foundation: A University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
The Language: English fully professional (C1), Czech and German are an advantage
Work Eligibility: you need to be eligible to work in Czechia, and need to be in hold of a work-permit
Willingness to travel: expected traveling at least 25%
Knowledge of Parallel Computing, high-speed networking, or advanced storage.
Deep roots within the Eastern European HPC community.
A business-focused qualification or MBA.
