Responsibilities

• Sales support for the Sales Manager based in Paris and communication with distributors
• Coordination of distributor inquiries related to product availability, registration, specifications and logistics
• Forecasting support and SAP updates based on distributor requirements
• Contracts coordination and due diligence process
• Pricing support, including price analysis and SAP updates
• Tenders assistance, including specifications and authorizations
• Market analytics, reporting and business reviews
• Follow-up on open requests and coordination of activities to ensure timely resolution

Start: immediately

Contract: limited contract with a possibility of prolongation

POŽADUJEME

• A Business Degree is preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting
• Fluent French min. B2 is a great advantage
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PC applications, especially in MS Excel
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Perfect communication skills and pro-active approach
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
