Are you ready to take your procurement expertise to the next level? Join an international consulting team where your negotiation skills, strategic thinking and analytical mindset will make a real business impact. You will work on challenging procurement projects for German-speaking markets, collaborate with international stakeholders and help leading businesses optimise their sourcing strategies and achieve significant savings.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, category plans and strategic sourcing initiatives
• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings and favourable commercial terms
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on their capabilities and business requirements
• Analyse procurement data, identify savings opportunities and recommend process improvements
• Manage procurement projects and collaborate with international stakeholders and suppliers
• Support category managers and contribute to successful project delivery
• Share your expertise and support the development of junior colleagues

POŽADUJEME

What do we expect?

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or purchasing
• Advanced German and English for daily professional use
• Practical experience with supplier negotiations and sourcing activities
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Proactive approach, problem-solving skills and good communication
• Experience with MRO and CAPEX procurement is an advantage
