We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join an international company in Prague. You will support sourcing activities across a portfolio of finished goods categories and work closely with suppliers across Europe and Asia.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management and cross-functional projects.

What will you do?

• Manage sourcing activities across assigned finished goods categories.
• Support the Senior Manager Sourcing with day-to-day sourcing activities and sourcing projects.
• Work with suppliers across Europe and Asia and support supplier relationship management.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for operational supplier topics.
• Support price comparisons and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Support the development and launch of new products

.- Support cost-saving initiatives and track productivity improvements.

• Help resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, quality claims or shortages.
• Maintain accurate pricing, supplier, contract and forecast data.
• Support contract administration, KPI reporting and sourcing dashboards.
• Contribute to sourcing projects such as supplier changes, dual sourcing and supplier base optimisation.

POŽADUJEME

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, planning or operations.
• A university degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to work with data, costs and supplier comparisons.- - Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
• Fluent English – you will communicate regularly with international colleagues and suppliers.
• A proactive, hands-on and problem-solving approach.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different functions and countries.
