What You'll Do

• Manage workplace accommodation cases from start to finish and make sure each case is handled smoothly and fairly
• Review requests and work with employees, managers and HR teams to find the right solutions
• Guide employees through the accommodation and return-to-work process
• Communicate decisions clearly and coordinate the next steps with everyone involved
• Be a trusted point of contact for questions related to workplace accommodations and disability-related matters
• Keep case records accurate and up to date
• Provide guidance and training to employees, managers and HR colleagues
• Manage multiple cases at once while maintaining high-quality service and meeting deadlines
• Help improve existing processes and contribute to HR projects

Start: immediately

Contract for 6 months

POŽADUJEME

• Experience in administrative, HR or customer service
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of workplace accommodation or disability legislation is an advantage
