Who are we looking for?

• Are you fluent in English (written and spoken) at a professional level?
• Do you speak another language (e.g. Dutch, Polish, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese…) at least at B2 level?
• Have you worked in customer support, helpdesk, or any tech-related role before?
• Are you comfortable working with digital tools, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure?

As a Multilingual Customer Services Specialist, you’ll be part of a Proctoring team in Brno, providing support to customers taking technical exams. Your main tasks will include

• Supervising online exams and communicating with participants via chat
• Ensuring exams start and finish on time
• Validating the identity of candidates and following strict protocols
• Providing real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for exam participants
• Following our communication guidelines and company policies

Contract: Part-time (temporary staff via Grafton)

Salary: CZK 180/hour with the possibility of an increase up to CZK 220/hour based on your performance

POŽADUJEME

Excellent English (written and verbal communication skills at least on the level C1)

Second foreign language as Dutch, Polish, Germanm, Italian, Chinese, Japanese... at least at a communicative leve (min. B2)

Possibility to work in 8 hour shifts according to the schedule from 7:30, 8:00, 10:00, 13:00 (shifts are assigned 14 days ahead)
