Key Responsibilities

• act as the primary technical contact between suppliers and production plants in the Czech Republic and abroad
• lead implementation of supplier quality processes and supplier base development
• take part in supplier selection and qualification decisions
• monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed
• evaluate data on supplier quality, capacity, and efficiency, proposing improvement solutions
• coordinate communication between suppliers and internal European teams
• represent the PSDE team during meetings and technical audits
• support the introduction of new technologies and identify innovation opportunities within the supply base

POŽADUJEME

• high school or university degree
• minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in automotive
• willingness to travel up to 75% (Czech Republic / Germany, mostly by car)
• knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards is an advantage
• very good command of English (C1), German is an advantage
• strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP experience is an advantage
• excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
• independence, accuracy, and ability to stay calm under pressure
