Driving Supplier Quality and Continuous Improvement

Prague – HPP – Hybrid - Průhonice

Are you experienced in supplier quality within the automotive industry? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, developing suppliers and working with international teams?

Join our talent pool and explore future opportunities with an international automotive manufacturer, where you can contribute to supplier performance, product quality and continuous improvement.

What will you do?

• Manage supplier onboarding and development in line with the supplier strategy.
• Conduct supplier audits and potential analyses in accordance with VDA 6.3.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, analyse performance trends and drive improvements.
• Resolve supplier quality issues in serial production and support manufacturing plants.
• Coordinate supplier PPAP processes in line with Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR).
• Manage supplier-related projects, including relocations and insolvencies, ensuring agreed timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing and cross-functional teams.

POŽADUJEME

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related technical field.
• Experience in supplier quality or quality engineering, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally, typically 25–50%, depending on the project phase.

An advantage: German language skills, injection moulding knowledge, familiarity with 5 Why, Ishikawa and 8D methodologies, and knowledge of IATF 16949.
