For an international technology company, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an international recruitment team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across EMEA, work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues, and use proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.

What will you do?

• Partner with hiring managers across different European regions to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from intake meetings and sourcing through interviewing, selection and offer stage
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and other channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends and realistic recruitment expectations

Salary: 80 000 CZK

Location: Praha 8

POŽADUJEME

• 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience
• Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment and proactive talent sourcing
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search
• Good understanding of interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and candidate selection
