Interim HR Project Lead – Czech Republic

Are you a senior HR professional who can step into a complex environment, take ownership from day one and lead HR topics with confidence across the organisation?

For an international company, we are looking for an experienced HR Project Lead to take responsibility for the Czech HR agenda within an important organisational project.

This is a senior, hands-on HR leadership assignment covering the full HR lifecycle, employee and labour relations, Works Council cooperation, recruitment and change management.

You will work closely with managers, employees and senior stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring HR stability while supporting the organisation through an important period of change.

The assignment is currently planned as a temporary project, with the duration linked to the development and needs of the project. As the project evolves, its scope and timeline may evolve as well.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of the full HR agenda in the Czech Republic, including day-to-day HR management and the full employee lifecycle
• Act as a senior HR partner to management, providing hands-on advice and solutions across a broad range of HR topics
• Lead and manage employee and labour relations, including negotiations with trade unions and/or employee representatives
• Work closely with the Works Council, including preparation and negotiation of works agreements
• Support and actively participate in recruitment and workforce planning
• Lead and support organisational and change initiatives, helping managers and employees navigate change effectively
• Ensure HR policies, processes and local requirements are properly implemented and followed
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to international / EMEA HR initiatives
• Provide hands-on HR leadership in a complex manufacturing / operational environment
• Manage multiple priorities independently and act quickly and pragmatically where the business needs HR support

POŽADUJEME

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a senior HR leader, ideally with experience in an international manufacturing or plant environment and exposure to HR topics across the EMEA region.

• 7+ years of HR experience, including proven experience in a senior HR leadership or HR management role
• Strong experience across the full HR lifecycle and core HR processes
• Proven experience partnering with management and operational / manufacturing teams
• Experience with employee relations, labour relations and change management
• Practical experience with Works Councils and/or trade unions, including negotiations
• Experience working in an international environment, ideally with exposure to EMEA HR processes or projects
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday
• Solid knowledge of Czech employment law and local HR regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on, pragmatic and execution-oriented approach
• Ability to take ownership, work independently and make decisions in a changing environment
• Fluent Czech and English
